Foreign Language Editions
I am proud to announce that HTML 4 for the World Wide Web: Visual QuickStart Guide is available in many languages. (I will update this list with information about the Fifth edition translations, as soon as they are available.)
In fact, I have extra copies of many of these editions that I would love to give away. In exchange, I ask that you do something nice for someone and tell me what it was. (And I also ask that you pay for the postage; the handling's on me.) If you're interested, let me know. (I've only got a few of each, so the sooner the better).
