| If you've got a question that you haven't been able to resolve
by consulting my book (did you look at the index?),
you have several options. First, you can check the FAQ
page. If your question gets asked a lot, I'll post both the question and
my answer there. That way you can get an instant answer and won't have to
wait around for me (or someone else) to get back to you.
